Verify product quality, packaging, labels, carton details and shipment information at your China factory before goods move to an Amazon fulfillment center.
AQC provides Amazon FBA inspection in China for US and international sellers who need independent eyes on the factory floor. Your inspection is tailored to your product specifications and the current FBA instructions you provide from Seller Central.
A factory can confirm that an order is finished, but that does not prove that the physical units, packaging and cartons match the final instructions for your Amazon shipment. An Amazon FBA inspection in China adds a buyer-side control while the factory can still correct mistakes.
For an Amazon seller, quality risk and shipment-preparation risk often sit side by side. A wrong product variation, an unreadable barcode, inconsistent carton quantities or packaging that differs from the approved requirement can create avoidable work after goods have left the factory. AQC checks the physical goods against the information you provide—not just the factory’s confirmation.
Before AQC visits the factory, send the latest approved instructions and shipment documents from Seller Central.
The China FBA inspection verifies the physical order against those current instructions; it does not replace your own Seller Central review or product-compliance obligations.
We compare the documents you provide—SKU references, packaging requirements, label files, carton information and any product-specific handling rules—with the batch presented by the factory. This avoids an inspection being based on an obsolete file or a verbal assumption.
We verify that the label format, content, placement and visibility on sampled units match your approved instructions. Where applicable, we check that codes are cleanly printed, complete, flat and scannable, and that conflicting or outdated labels are not visible.
Inspectors review the physical presentation of sampled units: packaging condition, protection, sealing, printed markings and any seller-supplied preparation requirement. Product-specific points—such as set configuration or fragile-item protection—are included when documented in your checklist.
We check outer-carton condition, carton markings, carton count and assortment against your packing list and shipment instructions. The FBA Box ID labels and transport labels are treated as separate controls and checked only against the current files you supply.
The inspection still evaluates the product itself. Depending on the category, this can include visual workmanship, color and dimensions, assembly, product appearance, components and comparison with your approved sample or technical specifications.
AQC performs reasonable on-site tests agreed for your product, such as basic function, assembly, fit, stability or packaging checks. Add the exact test method, pass criteria and equipment required to your booking instructions so they can be incorporated into the inspection plan.
Provide your PO, product specification, approved sample reference, product-label files, carton-label files, packing list and any current Seller Central shipment instructions.
The factory confirms that the batch, labels and relevant cartons are available. Inspection is most effective when finished goods are accessible and the final packing process is sufficiently advanced to verify.
An inspector examines the chosen sample or full batch, documents findings with photos, checks agreed functional points and verifies the FBA-specific physical details included in your instructions.
Use the preliminary result and photo report to decide whether to approve shipment, request rework, update labels or arrange a reinspection. The commercial release decision remains yours.

Your Amazon FBA inspection in China can be based on random AQL sampling or a 100% piece-by-piece inspection, depending on the level of risk associated with your order.
| Random AQL Inspection | 100% Inspection | |
|---|---|---|
| Best suited to | Established product lines and standard orders where representative sampling is appropriate. | High-risk, high-value, new-supplier, sensitive or strategic orders where every unit needs individual review. |
| How the FBA checks fit | AQC checks sampled product units, packaging and selected cartons against the approved FBA files, alongside normal quality checkpoints. | Every unit is checked according to the agreed checklist. Use this level where a sample-based result is not enough for your product or commercial risk. |
AQC can advise on the appropriate scope once it has your product details, quantity, supplier location and checklist. An FBA inspection does not automatically mean a 100% inspection.
FBA preparation is strongest when it sits within a broader supplier-quality process. Use a factory audit in China to assess a new supplier before ordering. Use a pre-shipment inspection to control finished production, or move to a 100% quality inspection when every unit needs to be reviewed.
