Our full supplier management program is designed to work with the majority of suppliers. We start with an initial assessment of their quality control system and production capacity. Our approach is collaborative: we work with them to train and upskill them so they meet your requirements.

Unlike a final inspection, we conduct weekly on-site checks (Weekly QC Review). This allows us to identify risks and defects from the earliest stages of production. We also help the supplier set up their own internal quality control system (Internal QC system setup support) so that problems are corrected before we even intervene.
